Title: NIHR CLAHRC (Collaborations for Leadership in applied Health Research and Care) for Cambridgeshire and Peterborough
Principal research question: Stephen Barclay leads the CLAHRC End of Life Care research group, which is based in the Institute of Public Health. Stephen is a member of the General Practice Research Unit: the CLAHRC team are not members of the Unit.
Background: The Cambridgeshire and Peterborough NHS Foundation Trust has been awarded £9.5M to “host” a Collaborations for Leadership in Applied Health Research and Care (CLAHRC). CLAHRCs focus on improving patients outcomes through the conduct and application of applied health research across the lifespan.
