Year 5 students 2019/20 academic year: Sharing your personal information

An important aspect of being a doctor, and a student doctor, is acting with professionalism in relation to your own support needs. It is crucial you ensure that others are informed of any issues that might impact on your ability to perform the role and to ensure the appropriate support is in place (whether it be practical, physical or emotional). Whilst you are a student with us it is important that you inform us of any issues that require support from is in any way, and we have a Welfare team dedicated to ensuring your support needs are taking in to account and met where possible. One of the roles of the team is to ensure that issues we are aware of are communicated where possible and appropriate to those who will be supporting you throughout your studies. This includes Sub Deans who manage relevant clinical placements and Senior Faculty in your College. Please complete the details below:
