For multiple study requests, please ensure that a separate form is submitted for each one.
The form should be sent, with the appropriate documentation to:

Your application will then be reviewed for approval. You may not store sensitive personal data on University systems until your application has been accepted.
Once your application has been approved you may apply via the online form to use the Secure Data Hosting Service, or another approved Safe Haven.
