I am a Consultant in Clinical Geneticist at Cambridge University Hospitals and Affiliated Assistant Professor in the Department of Genomic Medicine at the University of Cambridge. I lead the Inherited Cardiovascular Conditions Genetics Clinic and have driven the translation of Next Generation Sequence technologies into clinical practice. 

Project/study information

My research work is collaborative in nature. It is predominantly in the field of dysmorphology, neurodevelopmental disorders and cardiovascular genetics.  My approach has been to harness and implement new technological advances in genome diagnostics in the clinic for the benefit of patients to identify and delineate novel rare genetic diseases and identify disease mechanisms.
