Applications are invited for a new Academic Clinical Lectureship in the Department of Anaesthesia, University of Cambridge, funded by the NIHR – IAT programme.  This offers unrivalled opportunity to undertake high quality research within an outstanding academic and clinical environment. The Division currently has strategic initiatives which cover pain medicine, critical care, traumatic brain injury, and mechanisms of anaesthesia. Applicants should be medically qualified, have full GMC registration and already hold or have submitted a PhD/DPhil/MD and be of the standing required for an appropriate honorary contract of service with the NHS East of England Deanery (specialist registrar/GP). The appointment will be for four years and can be taken up as soon as possible.
