About Dr Noa Hasky
I’m a physician-scientist with dual training in clinical Obstetrics & Gynaecology and reproductive biology. My research focus is translational studies to better understand the common pathologies encountered in pregnancy in the hope of improving the medical practices targeting them, while making a positive impact on patient care.
Project information
My research explores how a dysfunctional placenta triggers epigenetic changes in maternal organs. We use a novel mouse model of placental ER stress causing fetal growth restriction, along with high-throughput sequencing, to elucidate the impact of obstetrical complications on long-term maternal health.
